Head of Quantitative Research – Healthcare Insights (Fieldwork/PM focus) London (Hybrid) Up to £110,000 The Company: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare research and insights agency at a pivotal stage of growth. With a global footprint and a strong UK client base, the business is focused on standardising delivery, improving client experience, and driving operational excellence across its quantitative research division. The Role: As Head of Quantitative Research , you’ll take ownership of project delivery and client satisfaction across the UK business. You’ll lead a team of talented project managers and client service professionals, ensuring high-quality execution, strong financial performance, and exceptional client outcomes. You’ll be responsible for: Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of quantitative project managers Building trusted relationships with key healthcare clients and overseeing client service improvement plans Embedding best-in-class standards across every stage of the project lifecycle Partnering with internal teams (Engineering, HR, Compliance) to enhance systems, processes, and people development Driving efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction KPIs across multiple markets Supporting integration of new acquisitions and ensuring a seamless client experience Leading from the front — ensuring projects run smoothly, challenges are resolved proactively, and the team delivers consistent excellence Your Skills & Experience: You’ll bring a mix of hands-on research expertise and proven team leadership, including: 8+ years’ experience in quantitative research or market research operations (healthcare sector preferred)3+ years managing a team (both junior and senior staff) A deep understanding of quantitative project delivery across UK and international markets Experience managing o perations, project management and fieldwork teams Proven ability to drive client satisfaction, profitability, and delivery standards Strong commercial and people management skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational ability Experience managing large research portfolios (£10m+) Why Join?
