Business Development Manager Remote/Field

We are a fast-growing, FinTech company looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team. We are expanding, making this a perfect position if you would like to have a significant impact on our company’s growth and develop your role and career as the business evolves. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as the New Business Manager, Not for Profit Sector. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with not-for-profit companies and their people.
Field telephone calls, training sessions, and responding to incoming inquiries.


Prepare deposit illustrations to show clients and prospects available products.
Management of existing client book to help maintain relationships and grow the business.
Accurate and timely completion of our CRM systems.
Attending networking events and conferences where appropriate.
Support in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within Not-for-Profit and Charity client accounts and assist in the preparation of proposals.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry, Not-for-Profit sector, or fintech.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
