Now we’re looking to add to our growing team. The Role We’re on the hunt for an e-commerce specialist to manage our website, operations, community management and customer service. Day to day responsibilities include 3PL management, CRO, fulfilment, customer service, logistics, and the ownership of inventory and stock flow between warehouse and Shopify. Experience in Shopify e-commerce is a must, whilst operational & CS management is a bonus. Ideally the candidate will also have an appetite to grow their marketing knowledge, alongside the rest of the team. The successful candidate will work directly with the founder in this role. Essential Requirements 2+ years Experience with Shopify in a DTC commercial environment Experience in a lean DTC team An aesthetic-led approach to e-commerce Experience with conversion rate optimisation Experience working with Shopify-specialist developers A flexible & resilient approach to work with the ability to work under high pressure and in a fast- paced and often demanding environment. A self-starter with ideas and initiative - someone who doesn’t need to be told what to work on when briefs are completed Strong time management skills Strong project management skills and initiative. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. An ability to handle constructive criticism in a positive way and welcome direction from the wider team A keen interest in social media platforms and a strong understanding of how they work. A keen interest in fashion, contemporary culture and the arts A runner Flexibility, sometimes you may need to work a little later, but don’t worry, you’ll always be able to take that time back Non-Essential/ Bonus Requirements Experience working with a DTC fulfilment centre/warehouse Experience working on DTC customer service Experience in community management Job Specifics Start Date: ASAP Salary: £30-40k dependent on experience Hours: 39 hours, 5 days a week, min. 3 days in office Perks Large private office space by Borough Market, with well-supplied kitchen Dynamic and friendly work environment, shared with Spin social media agency A remote working policy, which means you are able to work remotely (abroad or otherwise) for 1 month per year. 1 hour early finishes on a Friday, with a pub next door :)
