We are a small, dedicated team of IT experts seeking a 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer to support our growing organisation. With 141 staff spread across multiple locations, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and make a real difference in our day-to-day operations.
Provide front-line support for all IT-related issues.
# Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on both MacOS and Windows OS.
# Assist users with connectivity issues and basic network troubleshooting.
# Manage user accounts and permissions across various systems.
# Handle basic email support and configuration (Exchange OnPrem and 365).


Diagnose and resolve more complex IT issues, escalating to 3rd line support when necessary.
# Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and hybrid setups with 365.
# Administer SharePoint sites and permissions.
# Oversee Veeam Backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
# Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki network devices.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
# Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Proficient in MacOS and Windows OS.
# Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
# Knowledge of Exchange OnPrem and Office 365 administration.
# Familiarity with hybrid setups involving Windows Server and Office 365.
# Understanding of SharePoint administration and support.
# Experience with Cisco Meraki network solutions.


Proven experience in a 1st/2nd line support role.
# Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
# Understanding of network fundamentals and basic networking principles.
# Awareness of cybersecurity principles and practices.


Microsoft Certified: MCP, Azure Fundamentals or Associate.
# Any other relevant certifications in networking, security, or cloud technologies.
# These qualifications collectively help ensure that a 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer can effectively support and manage IT infrastructure, providing reliable and efficient service to all users.
