Job Title: Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

Location: London, UK

Our client is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on rare oncological diseases. They are dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes through cutting-edge therapies and are committed to advancing healthcare by fostering scientific excellence and building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, researchers, and patient communities.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join their dynamic Medical Affairs team. The MSL will serve as a key scientific resource, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders to support the safe and effective use of their products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scientific Exchange: Act as a primary point of contact for scientific exchange with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Provide accurate and balanced scientific information on products, research, and clinical practices.
  • Medical Education: Develop and deliver educational presentations and programs to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are informed about the latest clinical data and product information.
  • Clinical Support: Support ongoing and future clinical trials by collaborating with investigators, providing protocol training, and ensuring study sites have the necessary resources and information.
  • Key Opinion Leader Engagement: Identify, engage, and develop relationships with KOLs in Oncology. Gather insights from KOLs to inform clinical development and commercial strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field.
  • Minimum of 4 years MSL experience
  • Strong understanding of Oncology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
