Our workshop is busy, modern, and fully equipped with Toyota's latest diagnostic and hybrid systems. You'll join a small, skilled team where everyone pulls together - no egos, no nonsense. THE ROLE We're looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our Ballymena team. You'll carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on Toyota vehicles, ensuring every job meets the highest standards and keeps customers safely on the road. WHY WORK WITH US No silly hours - Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00. Proper tools - Toyota's latest kit, Dura cabinets and everything you need to do the job right. Support that means something - We're ex-technicians ourselves, so we understand what makes a workshop tick. Training & progression - Ongoing Toyota training, hybrid/EV certification, and development opportunities. Strong team, family feel - You'll work with good people who take pride in what they do. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You'll fit in perfectly if: You're a Level 3 qualified technician (Toyota experience preferred, but not essential). You take pride in neat, accurate workmanship. You're reliable, organised, and have a good sense of humour. You enjoy working in a busy Toyota-only environment. You care about doing things right - for the customer and the team. WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE 8:25 - Grab a coffee and catch up with the team. 8:30 - Morning job allocations. 9:00 - Diagnostic on a Corolla Hybrid. 10:30 - Routine service on a Yaris Cross. 13:00 - Lunch (and a bit of banter). 13:30 - Fit brake pads to a Rav4 15:30 - Customer video check & road test. 17:00 - Tools away, head home on time.
