El Head of Merchandising es una figura esencial para el departamento, y por eso buscamos una persona altamente motivada y proactiva para unirse al equipo y llevar a cabo actividades esenciales de merchandising en los tres negocios del grupo, situados en el maravilloso centro de Gibraltar.

Responsabilidades Principales :

  • Gestión integral de la compra y del merchandising de los productos, así como la integración estacional de los mismos.
  • Búsqueda y selección de nuevas marcas aspirantes para las tiendas.
  • Elaboración de estimaciones de ventas anuales, de compras y del flujo de entregas de mercancía para lograr las estimaciones de ventas proyectadas y el margen.
  • Cooperar con los _buyers_ en fase de compra de los productos.
Requisitos :

  • Experiência previa en un rol similar;
  • Conocimiento de tendencias de moda y productos en el mercado;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo;
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma;
  • Pasión por el retail y el diseño de espacios comerciales;
  • Conocimiento de
    Excel (nível avanzado);
  • Conocimiento de
    inglés (min. B2; hablado y escrito).
