When it comes to his ideal team member he feels most comfortable and confident when you are able to form a relationship with the rest of his team, team cohesion is vital as he has really good bonds with his current team. He has bags of humour and on the flip side of this he can be quite shy but once he gets to know you. then you will see his personality shine through. What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- Full-time:37.5 hrs
- Part-time: flexible hours based on availability
- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) + a variety of benefits including pension and holiday buying options.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
