Options Resourcing have been tasked by one of our favourite clients to source a highly experienced cladding and facades estimator, our client boasts over 50 years of combined construction industry experience and is a highly specialized provider of flat roofing solutions. Operating on commercial and industrial projects across the UK, they consistently deliver exceptional results. Their expertise in single ply, hot melt, and bitumen felt roofing however, they have opened their gates to the facades and cladding sector in order to expand their business. Position: Cladding and Facades Estimator Location: 100% Remote About Our Client: Our client is a growing started off as a roofing contractor specialising in all things roofing. Due to expansion and growth. They are now expanding into cladding and facades. They prioritize personal freedom within the workforce and utilize unique buying strategies and specialist product knowledge to drive innovation and deliver the best value to a national customer base. This best value focus has resulted in a 40% tender success rate. Now, they are seeking a driven and self-motivated Estimator to help build on their current success and achieve a £9m turnover within three years. Who we are looking for
- Self-motivated and excited about developing a new product offering.

- Quality-focused with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently
- Estimate various roofing projects.
- Complete quotations and keep customers informed and up-to-date.
- Ensure sufficient information is available to price the project accurately.
- Collaborate with the pre-contract team for tender planning.
- Identify process issues and suggest improvements.
- Provide value engineering and best value proposals.
- Conduct project analysis and prepare take-offs for procurement.
- Conduct handover meetings with the post-contract team.
- Participate in pre-contract and post-tender meetings.
- Improve and optimize strike rates.
- Support the team with excellent technical knowledge and manage variations.
- BSc / HNC preferable but not essential.
- 4 years' experience in an estimating role specifically in cladding and facades.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and optionally Bluebeam.
- Experience with on-screen estimating is mandatory.
- Site and management experience is favorable but not essential.
