The Opportunity Embark on an exciting journey as an Internal Sales Representative with Aggregate Industries We're seeking an energetic individual to join our Surfacing Solutions team in Coalville and lead the charge in identifying new leads, fostering client relationships, and showcasing our extensive product portfolio. This role will involve phone-based interactions, providing you with the opportunity to engage with clients directly and make a tangible impact on our sales journey. Excel in meeting sales targets and overall business goals by nurturing strong business connections and gaining in-depth market insights through phone-based interactions within your assigned territory. Enhance the visibility and reputation of Aggregate Industries within the designated sales territory and among key accounts. Proactively identify, pursue, and secure promising business prospects within the designated territory. Identify, manage, and monitor all opportunities within a specified geographic margin centre, adhering to the territory plan, while fostering connections with prospective clients. Gather and analyse market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and align actions with commercial policies. Actively promote the full product range to all clients through cross-promotion strategies. Provide comprehensive solutions to customer needs sourced from both internal and external channels.
