As Principal Photonic Engineer at Finchetto, you will play a crucial role in designing, prototyping, and testing fibre optic systems and subsystems for our revolutionary all-optical network switch. Working within a dynamic team, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge products that will shape the future of networking.

Design and develop fibre optic systems and subsystems for Finchetto's all-optical network switch.
Participate in prototype build and testing phases, optimising performance and reliability.
Conduct thorough analysis and validation of photonic designs to meet performance, quality, and regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to convey technical insights and project progress.

Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
Proven experience in designing and developing fibre optic systems and subsystems for commercial roll-out.
Experience with optical network switches or similar optical networking technologies.
Familiarity with optical component integration and testing processes.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in photonic engineering.
