Do you enjoy working outdoors? We are looking for two new team members for these permanent roles, based in Coleford, Forest of Dean.
As a Civil Enforcement Officer (CEO) you will be part of a dedicated team managing the Councils car parks. You will provide help and support to drivers and the local community, which will contribute in making the local area a great place to work and live.
You will need to be a good communicator as you will be speaking with different stakeholders within the community to provide practical solutions for the benefit of the local community. When issuing notices to vehicles contravening the parking regulations, you will be required to gather evidence with a handheld computer, taking written notes and photographs. If you are self motivated and are interested by the aspect of building relationships and providing solutions within the community, then we would love to hear from you. No previous experience is required, all training will be provided.
GCSE's including English and Maths A*- C or equivalent
Basic Computer Skills
A current driving licence and the ability to meet travelling needs of the role, including driving company vehicles.
Use of a car for work purposes
