An inclusive mainstream Primary School in the London Borough of Sutton are seeking a Aspiring Play Therapist to join their team for an ASAP start.
As an Aspiring Play Therapist at this amazing school, you will help children to gain insight and understanding of their experiences, increasing emotional resilience, and developing coping strategies while decreasing problematic behaviours and internalised conflicts.
Person Specification - Aspiring Play Therapist
Excellent verbal communication skills
Be patient, understanding and passionate
Must be looking to make a difference, and go above and beyond for each child
Experience working with children and SEN
A reputable degree
About the
Aspiring Play Therapist Role
Run sessions for individuals or groups, using creative arts and storytelling
Monitor and record children's progress
Carrying out Phonics, Reading, Writing, Spelling and Maths sessions
£95 - £105 per day
Located in the Borough of Sutton
Long-term, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4pm
