Purchasing Administrator Location: Working Pattern: 07:00–15:15 Monday to Thursday, 07:00–12:00 Friday
Bridgman IBC, a leading manufacturer in the timber door sector, is searching for a proactive and highly organised Purchasing Administrator to join our busy team in Hartlepool. This role supports our purchasing manager and is vital to ensuring the smooth flow of materials and efficient procurement for our operation.
Place timely supplier orders and process good receipting for incoming deliveries.​
Accurately match invoices, resolve reconciliation queries, and maintain records of urgent remake materials.​
Maintain clear and up-to-date records for all purchasing activities, supporting audit processes and department objectives.​
Reports directly to the Purchasing Manager.
Prior experience in a purchasing administrative role is highly desirable; Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with digital stock management systems.​
Experience maintaining stock or inventory records is desirable.​
