With a commitment to excellence and community enhancement, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our roofing projects.
Job Description
- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, residents, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Manage site documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and timesheets.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimise disruptions and delays.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the site team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly in social housing and roofing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
