Senior Team Administrator
Its vision is to connect the global ports at London Gateway and Tilbury with Ford’s world-class Dagenham facility, creating an economic zone which accelerates investment and jobs in the region. 5bn per year, additional inward investment in excess of £4billion, and over 21,000 new and sustainable net additional jobs, delivering regeneration and job creation in areas in urgent need of levelling-up.
The Thames Freeport partnership is a private sector led consortium comprising DP World, Forth Ports and Ford. The private sector partners work very closely with HM Treasury, HMRC, DLUHC and DIT, as well as all local and regional bodies including Thurrock Council, London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, London Borough of Havering, the Port of London Authority and the Thames Estuary Growth Board.
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Team Administrator. This is a key role within our organization, providing administrative support to our senior management team and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and respond or redirect as appropriate.
Maintain and update confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Coordinate and oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and liaising with vendors.
Support the implementation of new administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Provide support to other team members as needed, including assisting with special projects and tasks.
Proven experience as a senior administrator or executive assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
