Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of change management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of change initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to change requests.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues in change processes.

Essential Skills:

  • Organised: You can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Good Communication Skills: You can articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with team members.
  • Proactive: You take the initiative to identify and solve problems before they escalate.
