We're on the hunt for an exceptional Registered Manager to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch care for young people.

Overseeing all aspects of the home, ensuring young people receive high levels of emotional and physical care, appropriate activities, and comfortable accommodation.
Playing a crucial role in building a high-performing team that aligns with the company's core values.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including child protection, health and safety, finance, control, and and Benefits:

Extensive support, including experienced leadership guidance, clinical supervision, and ongoing training.Hold at minimum a Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Childcare and be committed to working towards the Level 5.
Have a proven track record as a Registered Manager of a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ graded Children’s Home.
If you've previously held roles such as Residential Manager, Care Home Manager, Children's Home Manager, Residential Childcare Manager, or Home Manager, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
