Maintenance and Facilities Engineer

As a General Maintenance Engineer, you will support the Company’s operation across a varied residential property portfolio as part of a team to maintain facilities on reactive and planned works.
You will also be required to carry out a pre-planned maintenance schedule as instructed by the department Manager.

Perform a wide scope of general maintenance tasks including, cleaning, porterage and other basic tradesperson activities.
Experience of delivering similar roles within general maintenance role.
Knowledge of COSHH, risk assessments and permits to work.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to prioritise tasks with a flexible approach to working.
Possession of a current valid driving licence is essential.

Carrying out proactive preventative maintenance in accordance with SFG20 standards.
Attending to all remedial maintenance work as discussed with the Manager.
Chaperoning contractors ensuring adherence to Site policies and procedures.
Completing collections and deliveries as and when required.
