Cross Asset Desk Strat

Location: London

Salary: £180k - £250k + Bonus

We're working exclusively with a Head of Global Markets Trading Strategies at a top-tier Investment Bank.

They're looking for an experienced, Director Level Desk Strat who will focus on developing and executing strategies across multi-asset classes and help shape the trading landscape of their esteemed institution.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and industry experts in a fast-paced setting and play a key role in driving innovative trading strategies and influencing market outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate actionable insights and tactical trade ideas through in-depth market analysis.
  • Produce high-quality strategic reports and presentations for senior leaders, including CIOs and CROs , to support critical decision-making.
  • Analyse market trends, risks, and opportunities to provide comprehensive insights that guide investment strategies.

Qualifications

  • 10yrs+ Experience as a Desk Strategist within a Tier 1 Bank having focussed on 2 or more different asset classes.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in creating strategic content for senior leadership.
