At Clever Closet, we provide award-winning storage solutions to perfectly fit the unused space in your home. Now part of the Sharps Bedrooms Group of companies, we are currently bringing the Clever Closet Marketing function into our group head office in Bilston, Wolverhampton.

We are recruiting for a Digital / Performance Marketing Executive to be a key part of this team.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the Clever Closets sales and operations teams to generate brand interest and sales leads.

You’ll be managing our paid social and search accounts, developing, producing and executing our emails strategy, along with nurturing prospective leads through social comment and customer review management.

Role Purpose

You'll be hands-on in the advertising platforms running the day-to-day activity and take ownership of our campaigns testing and optimisation, using data-driven insights to ensure we are continually growing and evolving our campaigns.

Working collaboratively across teams, your role will support and contribute to the overall marketing strategy and development and delivery of the marketing plans.

You will have a passion for everything digital and have an eagerness to learn and develop keeping up to date with digital trends and tech.

Your responsibilities will include:

Day to day management of marketing campaigns across, paid social and paid search, (Meta Ads and Google Ads) to drive lead volume and higher ROI from our spend.

Oversee strategies for generating and nurturing leads through digital channels, including review sites and email campaigns

Monitor key KPIs and produce regular reports and presentations

This is a new role and a great opportunity to be part of a new team. The successful candidate will work as a key member of the Clever Closet team but will also work with the Sharps Group Marketing team and must have at least 2 years’ experience of

Solid performance marketing experience working within a SME, (ideally a lead gen model)

Demonstrative GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads management experience

Experience of managing and sending customer emails via an email system such as Mailchimp or Dotdigital.

Experience of managing and handling customer comments on social media and responding to customer reviews via review site platforms.

Strong data analysis skills, able to identify trends and provide actionable insights back to the business.

Ability to work cross functionally and juggle multiple priorities, comfortable working to meet deadlines.

A strong communicator with the ability to establish and manage internal and external relationships.

Proactive self-starter, able to take ownership and drive projects forward.
