Senior Creative Video Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES· Work with the team to set and maintains the creative direction and goals for specific content creation projects among various industries, ensuring they meet client objectives and iterate for improved performance, bringing the brand to life.· Create treatments/scripts/shot list of high-performance/viral video and video ads – aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.· Attend client meetings to discuss video content creative direction and detailed scripts/shots. Adapt ideas/treatments based on client needs and explain questions by the client.· Manage production resources and oversee video production to ensure work achieves outstanding quality and are consistent with both internal and client expectations.· Edit videos based on internal needs when necessary.· Can produce videos individually or with a team would be a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS· Native English speaker· 5-year experience in creative video content writing· Results-driven experience in social media video content creation· Keen on creative script writing of social media short videos, as well as commercials· Understanding of viral video principles.· Knowledge of professional video editing techniques and software (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro X and Adobe After Effects)· Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude and growth mindset· Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation and motion graphics a plus
