We have two opportunities to join our Public Support Service on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2025.
These roles present the opportunity to work at the forefront of the development of our service, influencing ways of working and liaising with senior colleagues on key initiatives to develop our person-centred approach for the benefit of all.
If applying for the role leading on allegations of a sexual nature you need to have a relevant qualification in social care, health, community work, criminal justice or demonstrable equivalent experience. If applying for the role to lead on complex communication and specialist support we require significant knowledge and experience of working with and supporting people who have mental health needs, learning disabilities and/or complex health or communication needs.

Our Pay Policy
It is expected that staff new to the NMC will ordinarily be appointed to the bottom of the relevant pay band. Please note that we offer an annual review of salaries and adopt a generous progressive pay approach. For our internal colleagues, you will be paid in accordance to our internal pay policy.
We are in the process of introducing a vetting policy, and it is possible that this role may become subject to DBS and further vetting checks in future.
