Role Overview

As a Lead Architect within our new elite R&D team at Resolve you'll play a crucial role in crafting the next generation of AdTech products, and responsible for bringing innovative ideas to life through rapid prototyping as well as agile development methodologies. You will have the freedom to independently navigate projects, making critical decisions and developing prototypes and experimenting with new solutions that will be used by some of the world's biggest brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid Prototyping and Innovation: Lead the end-to-end development of prototypes, applying advanced technology solutions to transform business concepts into viable products swiftly and efficiently.
  • Business Requirement Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret business goals, translating them into technical requirements that align with strategic objectives, ensuring flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
  • Autonomous Project Execution: Take charge of projects from start to finish, including initiation, planning, and execution, with minimal oversight. A high degree of initiative and understanding of the Adtech ecosystem will be imperative to showcase a strong capability to work independently and make decisive, impactful decisions.
  • Agile Methodology and Continuous Improvement: Utilize agile development practices to promote rapid iteration, embracing continuous improvement and the ability to pivot strategies based on feedback or emerging insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years within an Adtech organisation demonstrating autonomous project management and execution within a tech environment.
  • Proficient in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding within Big Data, Cloud Solutions and Machine Learning within an Adtech environment
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities, capable of navigating projects independently and driving them to completion.
  • Adaptable and open to continuous learning, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges and implementing feedback.
