Reporting to: Engineering Manager

Lead as the Project Engineer/Manager during development projects.
Maintain and revise Electrical and Mechanical Drawings.
Update the product Bill of Materials (BOM) and production line assembly.
Oversee Engineering Activity Processes (EAP) for the product line.
Investigate Product Demerit Claim (PDC) root causes and propose solutions.
Proficiency in written and oral English.
Experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and the ability to interpret and create basic 2D schematic wiring drawings.
Computer literacy, with skills in Word Processing, Database, and Spreadsheet software (MS Office, etc.).
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Baan, is a plus.
Good knowledge of product standards related to Electrical products, including requirements for CE Marking.
Leadership qualities, the ability to inspire and manage others.
Minimum Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in a relevant Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering field.
