Company Description Nickerson PMS is a leading supplier of consumables to the plastics industry, serving customers for over 30 years. We provide tailored solutions with our CNC workshop and offer next-day delivery on thousands of products.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Engineer. The Field Sales Engineer will report directly to the Managing Director and will work with the sales team to support customers and provide technical support for our products. They will also be responsible for new sales and visiting customers on a weekly basis. The Field Sales Engineer is expected to travel to our customers across the UK.

Must have experience in the plastics industry
Ability to sell and meet sales targets
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work independently and remotely

Be responsible for the sales of all the products within the Nickerson PMS portfolio, including workshop components, consumables, exclusive partner products and ancillary equipment.
• Work alongside the sales team to define key accounts and follow a sales strategy to secure and protect existing accounts.
• Work alongside the sales team to define key target accounts and follow a sales strategy to work towards gaining new customers.
• Working together with the Managing Director and the internal sales team, develop and agree on improvements that can be implemented for the sales team.
• Keep CRM system and databases up to date.

The package includes all the necessary equipment required to carry out the role, including a company laptop, car, mobile phone, contributory pension and bonus structure.
