Troi Search are delighted to be partnering with a leading Consulting & Managed Service provider who are keen to welcome new ServiceNow Consultants to their implementation team, working primarily with ITSM, ITOM & CSM modules in a muti-client environment

3-5 years experience as a ServiceNow Implementation Consultant or similar role
~ Understanding of ITIL processes and how they link with ServiceNow delivery
~ ServiceNow certifications highly desirable
~ Ability to work fully remote
~ Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations within the SME & Enterprise markets
~ Strong JavaScript experience
~ Experience working with cloud technologies & DevOps is highly desirable
