Working Hours:

As Bank staff you will be part of a team that will be responsible for delivering 24/7 care for an individual in Plymouth.

This role will aim to cover any holiday or sickness that may arise in the primary team whether this be 12 hour days or 12 hour waking nights.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
