Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker
Job Type: Full-time and part-time Available
Shifts: Mixed shifts of days, mornings and afternoons including waking nights. Rota includes weekend work.

I am currently working with a leading provider of mental health services committed to promoting the well-being and recovery of individuals experiencing mental health challenges. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting individuals with mental health conditions, providing personalized care, and promoting independence and well-being.

Establish trusting relationships with clients and provide empathetic support.
Advocate for clients` needs and rights within the community and healthcare system.
Collaborate with clients to develop individualized care plans based on their goals and needs.
Implement and monitor care plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
Provide emotional support and de-escalation techniques to clients experiencing crisis.
Coordinate with emergency services and healthcare professionals as needed.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, social workers, and healthcare providers.
Supportive work environment with a mission-driven team dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.
