Support Worker

Workforce Personnel are recruiting experienced Care Workers to join our brilliant team to support various local residential care homes in and around the stafford area. The main duties will include: -
- Supporting vulnerable people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health and elderly people.
- Social, emotional and physical support to all clients
- Manual handling and personal care.
- A caring and empathetic nature
- Sensitivity towards the needs of vulnerable people
- Reliable working ethics
- Good writing skills
- A good communicator
- An active team player
- Be able to follow instructions
- Be able to work flexible working patterns and available at short notice
- Previous experience working within Care (min 6 months uk exp)
- Be able to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
- The willingness to conduct the mandatory training
- Long Days,
