Role Highlights:
- Hunt for new business opportunities and secure contracts to meet company targets.
- Drive profit growth and account development within your designated region.
- Provide top-notch support and training to ensure coffee excellence across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed targets through new business acquisition and organic account development.
- Plan and execute targeted sales activities.
- Deliver on-site coffee training sessions and maintain equipment standards.
- Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers and buyers.
Experience & Skills:
- Essential: Proven track record in new business sales and field-based roles.
- Desirable: Experience in coffee or food service industry.
- Essential: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Desirable: Knowledge of market trends and competitors.
- Full Driving License
