We are partnering with a leading company specialising in machine parts and workshop supplies, located in Hereford, who are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic, growing team.

We are currently seeking an innovative Marketing Manager for a prominent client in the machine parts and workshop supplies industry based in Hereford. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive, content-driven marketing strategy. This strategy will drive revenue growth, provide crucial support to the sales team, and enhance the company's brand presence and value.

This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for remote work three days per week. Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy to achieve targeted B2C sales objectives.

* Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

* Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including printed materials and digital content.

* Conduct market research to assess the viability of current and potential products and services.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

* Analyse marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing team.

* Provide regular updates to senior management on marketing activities and campaign outcomes.

Minimum of 5 years' marketing experience in a B2B and B2C environment.

* At least 2 years' experience in leadership and management of creative teams, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
