CRM Project Manager 9 Month fixed-term contract, 4 day working week, £50,000 pro rata + benefits, hybrid (occasional travel to London office) We are currently supporting a UK Charity with their CRM replacement, moving from NG to Microsoft Dynamics. Having entered the design phase, our client are now seeking an experienced CRM Implementation Project Manager to lead all internal project processes and ensure successful delivery of this critical programme. Key Responsibilities Lead internal project management for the CRM implementation. Coordinate effectively with implementation partner, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality. Maintain project plans, RAID logs and governance documentation. Escalate risks, manage scope changes, and support QA and testing. Develop project reporting for senior leadership and the Board. Manage stakeholder communication and engagement. Coordinate and support workshops, working groups and UAT. Support go-live activities, post-launch processes, and legacy system closure. Contribute to related projects, including data migration and website integration. Requirements PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent) with strong project management experience. Track record of managing CRM transformation projects with external vendors. Experience delivering projects on time and on budget. Skilled in stakeholder communication and supplier management. Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills. Confident using MS Project and standard office software. Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies.
