Our General Managers not only run our restaurants, but you are an authentic brand ambassador who also happens to love our chicken and chips. Our General Managers have a wealth of experience coming from a variety of backgrounds and you will partner with your Area Coach and rest of your management team to run the restaurant like your own but also continue to develop yourself and your team
You will not only be joining the KFC team but the Soul Foods family. Soul Foods Group of Companies is a family-owned business, established in the UK but now with an established portfolio in Canada, comprising of four global brands, KFC, Starbucks, Burger King (in Canada) and Taco Bell, totalling over 400 Restaurants.

Chicken Sales as the General Manager, you plan for every opportunity to make every occasion a potential fried chicken occasion
Proof of right to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis - we are not able to consider candidates that require sponsorship or are on student/post study visas.
Opportunity to run your own Soul Foods Group KFC
~45 hour a week contract with salary of £30,700
~28 holidays days including bank holidays (for full time roles)
~ Training & Development including Apprenticeships at every level
