In this roleas Area Manager, you will lead the High Care department, ensuring operational excellence, team engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Leading and motivating your team to deliver daily production plans.
Driving performance across KPIs including efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Ensuring compliance with GMP, Health & Safety, and food safety standards.
Managing up to 16 production lines, including allergen and AVS cleans.
Coaching Team Leaders and developing talent pipelines.
Has hands-on experience managing food production departments.
Brings strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Is commercially aware and committed to quality and customer service.
Understands HACCP and holds relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety qualifications (Level 3 Food Safety and IOSH desirable).
