Our FM business delivers Facilities Management to homes, public and private sector bodies including Registered Providers, schools, universities and blue light statutory authorities. We are looking for a committed individual to join our organisation as a working supervisor maintenance engineer for our planned and reactive maintenance team to oversee the day to day operation or our maintenance team and assist the contract manager in planning and scheduling of works and responding to clients. All applicants must hold a full clean driving licence and have proven experience working in this field or transferable skills. The successful candidate will participate in the on call rota.
Carry out general building works, repairs and maintenance.
Removing and installing drainage and pipework systems.
Preparing the ground and foundations in preparation for other construction work to begin.
Following relevant health and safety procedures and risk management.
Supervising the mobile engineering team
Formal Plumbing and or Electrical qualifications
Drainage works, clearing blockages, replacing damaged fittings.
Basic electrical knowledge
Working in confined spaces
Highways working
