Company Description Eduspire is an early-stage EdTech start-up that is committed to providing user-friendly education technology solutions. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate our solutions into the educational landscape, empowering teachers and students to embrace the joy of learning.

Working with me to build Eduspire into a successful EdTech company that will benefit thousands of UK schools.
Managing and building the technical aspects of the business, including software development and system architecture.
After receiving funding, your role will transition to a more managerial aspect, where you will lead a team of talented developers and software engineers.
Help to recruit other technical team members.

To succeed, you must be ambitious, with a can-do attitude, and a belief in Eduspire's mission to provide schools with technology solutions that are delightful to use.
Experience in developing cross-platform apps in React Native, Flutter, or similar.
Experience (even if one is stronger than the other) in front-end and back-end development.
Whilst there is no mandatory level of experience, a relevant qualification and/or portfolio of work which highlights your skills and level of ability is required.

Bonus points for:
Knowledge of UX/UI design disciplines.
Experience with EdTech or education-related projects, or knowledge of IT solutions within schools (e.g. Our work together can help empower schools and inspire students, and build a company and brand recognisable throughout educational institutions.

By joining me on this journey, you will be starting from the very beginning with just a vision and brand in place.
This role will initially be remote until an office space is acquired after receiving VC funding.
This role's working hours are flexible to fit in with any current job you may have. For the time being, you (and me) will not receive a salary, and instead will receive equity in the range of 35-50% depending on your experience and level of ability.
