Quality Process Engineer

We’re looking for a Quality & Process Engineer to join a leading automotive engineering company in Birmingham. This is a pivotal role where you’ll develop and implement business processes and standards across Production, Quality, Engineering, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Training while delivering commercially viable engineering solutions.
Develop, implement, and maintain our Quality & Environmental Management System (QEMS) and Business Management System (BMS) in line with company objectives and industry standards.
Create and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and contract documentation including FMEAs, Control Plans, and PFDs.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and production capabilities.
Deliver both formal and informal training to raise quality awareness and skills across the business.
Degree (or equivalent) in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Knowledge of ISO, IATF, APQP standards, and proven quality/project management techniques.
25 days’ holiday + bank holidays.
