Leverage your expertise in market trends and technological landscapes to drive innovative business models, including SaaS and data solutions. Lead project design, prioritization, and execution, and shape the future with strategic investments.

As the Head of SaaS Business Model Innovation, you will lead and influence, drive strategy and execution as well as research and understand tech, industry & business trends.
Engage as the strategic interface between the OIS business line and regions to stimulate and shape business demands.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful definition, planning, and initiation of projects.
Establish and refine new channels and commercialization plans to support business model innovations like SaaS.
Own the design and execution of pilot/beta programs to test and refine new business models.
Partner with IT leadership, engineering, and product delivery teams to ensure timely project delivery and support for new business models.
Scan for disruptive trends and provide practical advice to overcome challenges and achieve business outcomes.
Perform market research and identify technology trends to support needed business capabilities.
Ability to effectively interact with customers (via phone and face-to-face)
Ability to travel 20-40%
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a related subject (i.e., business, engineering, medicine), and (7-10 years) of relevant business experience
~ Hybrid work option (you are required to work on location at least 3 days/week – Crawley or Sunnyvale)
