The Quality Manager (Complaint Handling) will be accountable for the global complaint handling and post market surveillance process for the business. You will report into the Senior VP of QA/RA for the execution of complaint investigations to enable prompt feedback for customers. Quality Manager Responsibilities: Turn complex complaints data/information into practical analytics to facilitate business decisions Lead, mentor, coach, and develop complaint-handling and post-market surveillance teams Drive continuous improvement in corresponding processes & tools. Acts as the main point of contact for complaint handling - including complaint processing, investigation, and timely closure. Own dashboard of performance related to complaint handling and post-market surveillance activities. Quality Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biomedical engineering, life sciences, healthcare administration). 5+ years' experience in a similar role within the medical device industry, with knowledge of post-market surveillance regulations (e.g., FDA, EU MDR). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
