Cedar Lodge and The Limes Dementia Care Home is nestled on the peaceful outskirts of Taunton, Somerset, overlooking a beautiful park. Thoughtfully designed for Dementia care, it provides a supportive environment for up to 42 residents.
As Deputy Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our care home, playing a crucial role in supporting the Home Manager and steering the daily operations with flair and dedication. Pension

~5.6 Weeks Annual Leave (Based on a full-time contract)

Support the Home Manager: Collaborate closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service. Lead and Guide: Take charge of leading and mentoring a dedicated team, helping them reach their full potential through guidance, training, and development.
Medication Management: Oversee medication auditing and administration, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and compliance.
The Ideal Deputy Manager
Level 3 or above: Hold a Level 4 in Health & Social Care, demonstrating your advanced knowledge and commitment to the field.
Supportive Approach: Skilled in supporting staff with ongoing development and training, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Confident and capable of stepping in for the Home Manager, providing seamless leadership and support as needed.
