Working in close partnership with the CEO and Executive team, you will have an integral role in defining corporate culture and fostering the delivery of the company Business Plan in line with the company values, mission and strategy.
You will have a wealth of experience operating as a Non-Executive Chair of the Board of Directors within the Life Sciences sector and specifically within medical device or in vitro diagnostics and have undertaken a strategic leadership role to support the associated direction and strategic development across all elements of company growth.
You will possess first class communication skills and have proven ability to mentor an Executive Board and Team to develop and drive effective organisational development which will in turn realise planned strategic growth whilst maintaining the company's core commitment to the highest integrity, ethics, and governance standards.
Ideally possessing first class educational qualifications and an enviable career within Medical Device / In-Vitro diagnostics start-up / early-stage organisations you will have proven experience in marketing strategy development and implementation through all growth and development stages.
The role will be offered as an initial 2-year term on an estimated 2 days a month basis, with monthly hybrid board meetings and quarterly in-person board meetings.
