The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) serves as the primary liaison between Husqvarna’s manufacturing operations and its supply base, ensuring that supplier-related quality issues are effectively managed and resolved. This role is essential in maintaining production continuity, improving supplier performance, and driving long-term quality improvements across the supply chain.
To be the initial interface between the factory and supplier regarding quality deviations.
To involve all necessary Husqvarna functions needed to solve supplier related quality problems(Production, R&D, SQA).
Drive improvements to internal processes in relation to handling of non-conforming material and Supplier Quality processes.
Provide feedback to suppliers on quality deviations found within the factory processes (Goods-in, assembly, lab etc)

Send IQN (Initial Quality Notification) to suppliers.
~ Validation of supplier root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions in collaboration with SQA Engineers.
~Support PCBA analysis in the Quality Lab.
~ Regular data collection and KPI reporting.
~ Involvement in New Product Introduction process through the development and industrialization stages by supporting Engineering and Manufacturing pilot builds(trial builds).

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
~3+ years' experience in a Quality Engineering role within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
~ Experience in the automotive sector desirable.
~ Proficient in quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, etc.).
~ Strong problem-solving mindset and data-driven approach.
