About the Role Our client, a leading name in high-end manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations for a key customer programme.

Oversee day to day site operations, including procurement, inventory, vendor management, and customer service.
Maintain strong relationships with the client’s management and plant teams, ensuring alignment with programmed objectives.
Identify opportunities for value added services, cost savings, and performance improvements.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as cost, sales, and service levels.
Ensure compliance with contractual targets, including annual cost-saving initiatives
Manage and develop on site staff, including training and performance management.
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock audits.
Proven experience in inventory or storeroom management (3–5 years minimum).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in project coordination and performance reporting.
Valid UK driving license required.
