Overview of the Engagement SmartCo Future Health is seeking a clinically trained Business Analyst / Change Consultant to support the delivery of digital transformation programmes, particularly within Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and wider healthcare technology settings. This engagement will suit someone who combines hands-on clinical experience with proven business analysis and change management expertise. The individual will be comfortable operating within complex environments, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring that transformation initiatives are clinically informed, operationally sound and effectively implemented. Key Responsibilities Engage with clinical, operational and digital stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into clear, actionable outputs. Analyse and map existing and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Support programme governance, reporting and stakeholder communication to maintain alignment and transparency. Provide structured, evidence-based recommendations that drive successful delivery of EPR and digital programmes. Facilitate sustainable change, ensuring that solutions are embedded and benefits realised across services. Essential Skills and Experience Clinical background is highly advantageous Proven experience in digital transformation within healthcare, ideally in EPR or major technology implementation. Strong business analysis expertise – requirements gathering, process design and stakeholder engagement. Change management experience – practical understanding of how to embed change in clinical and operational settings. Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills. A proactive, structured and collaborative approach to delivery.
