Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Level 2 Start Date: As soon as possible Working Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Contract: Initially temporary Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs. Provide support to students with a range of learning difficulties or disabilities, both in mainstream classes and in special educational provision. Collaborate with classroom teachers and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and track progress, providing feedback to teachers and adapting support strategies as necessary.Essential Requirements: Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is essential. Relevant qualifications or training in special education, such as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, would be advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
