About Circuit Mind We are a deep tech startup on a mission to enable the next generation of hardware inventions. We are building a product that automates the design of electronic circuit boards creating high-quality electronic systems, lightning fast. Electronic circuit boards are at the core of current and future inventions - space travel, medical robotics, autonomous transportation, augmented reality, bio-engineering. Yet today designing an electronic circuit board is an extremely manual, long and tedious process. At Circuit Mind we believe that this is wrong and we are on a mission to fix it, triggering the future of hardware design.
We enable our customers to go to market faster with better hardware products and lower costs, via our entirely new software engine for circuit boards. Lead the crafting of solutions to users’ needs and wants, by leveraging the inputs of our talented software development team and UX contractors. This includes formulating and testing hypotheses upfront, as well as measuring success and iterating on the solution. The term solutions here refers to novel software capabilities.
Ruthlessly prioritise the development of solutions, based on business strategy and customer requests, and effectively communicate to the rest of the team the underlying reasoning.
Project manage the solutions delivery, including check-ins with the software team, managing plan changes, performing QA, and communicating the new solutions to our users.
Help define the product strategy.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a product manager of a software product
Above market rate salary and meaningful equity.
~25 days of annual holidays plus bank holidays.
~ Flexible working hours with two days a week in the office.
~London Bridge office.
~ Extended parental leave.
