You'll bring strong product intuition, commercial acumen, and proven leadership, driving strategy, delivering results, and inspiring your team & those around you to achieve their best. In this role, you'll play a key role in developing the department's vision each season, managing supplier relationships, and executing ambitious buying strategies that balance creativity, profitability, and innovation. As the Experienced Buyer, You Will: Take ownership of strategic range building, ensuring well-balanced collections that reflect brand DNA, customer needs, and commercial targets. Identify gaps and opportunities across ranges, capitalising on emerging trends and sales data. Build and deliver "lessons learned" presentations for leadership - providing clear insights and forward strategies from trading performance. Demonstrate strong trading performance, achieving margin, sales, and cash targets. Partner with Merchandising on OTB management, seasonal budgeting, and forecasting. Analyse historical and in-season data to inform commercial decisions and shape future strategies. A proven established - senior Buyer with a strong multi-product background. Commercially sharp, data-driven, and confident in trading a fast-paced department. Skilled in building balanced, profitable, and innovative ranges.
