Taylor & Francis Books is currently recruiting for a part-time Prepress Coordinator for a maternity cover contract to oversee the production of new titles from receipt of the author’s uncopyedited typescript through to delivery of the final content, providing support to external project managers and ensuring new books meet our quality requirements.

This is a part time opportunity for approximately 24 hours per week (0.Commissioning, preparing material for, managing and feeding back to external project managers.
• Entering and maintaining up-to-date information on our database.
• Quality control of final content.
• Controlling budgets, assessing and coding invoices for prompt supplier payment.
• Full training will be provided.

An understanding of the importance of maintaining information relied on by others, ideally through experience of using a database.
• Basic skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• Taylor & Francis has flexible hybrid working options for how employees can work based on their role.

A salary of £31,025 full time equivalent (pro rata for part time)
