Job Title: Conveyancing Secretary

Location: Banstead, Surrey

Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm

A well-established Legal Firm is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary to join their busy Conveyancing Department at the Banstead branch office. The firm specializes in work for private clients and businesses known for technical expertise and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare correspondence and documents via audio-typing and word processing.
  • Compose routine correspondence.
  • Review and proof-read legal documents.
  • Handle inquiries in accordance with procedures.
  • Establish and maintain client files.
  • Arrange appointments and meetings.
  • Provide support to other secretaries and staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of in-house IT systems.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good IT skills.
